    Subbing. These sound great! Can they be started straight after birth even if breastfeeding?

    Do they dissolve very well? Every shake I have ever had always stays lumpy and powdery.

    @Allie Pallie, yup, they're safe while breastfeeding! I use a Thermomix to mix it so I'm not the best judge lol! I also put fruit and oats in mine and they're still pretty darn smooth!

    I have just started using one tablespoon instead of 2 and don't notice the powdery taste anymore. I have found you do need to use a blender or the like as a hand shaker just doesnt cut it! Definitely safe while breastfeeding :-)

    How is everyone going? I am hit and miss at the moment have good weeks and bad weeks. Total loss us 6.8kg in about 8 weeks I think
