    I was going to say I bet you have lost centimetres, I was 88 for a long time too. You can do it.
    Great my daughter bought home a box of chocolates for a fundraiser for her kindy, I hope other people buy them too tempting when they r just sitting there.
    Sorry had to laugh about the maltesers, I love maltesers and you can't just have one when u open them!

    Added a tablespoon of oats to my smoothie this morning as I am finding its not filling me up as much. So vanilla smoothie oats half banana and ice. Just like a banana milkshake!

    I mill my oats because I hated the texture otherwise but want them for the milk supply boost!
