I had vanilla smoothie with half a peach today. Sooo yummy. .
I have just bought more. I have signed up for the challenge as I dont think dp would eat most of the recipes. I am still going to keep plugging away though

Hi all would love to join in but have a few questions. Firstly I'm not breastfeeding (my dd is 18 months) is it still ok for me to try the shakes?? I'm looking for some yummy shakes for breakfast and lunch only as I like to have a meal with dh and dd (obviously smaller portions)
And do I just go on the website to order? I'm looking at loosing around 3-4 kilos before sept..
Btw congrats on everyone's achievements so far

How much weight did you lose doing the winter challenge?
I only lost 3kg because I got slack at the end! I'm doing the August tone up challenge that was posted today!

A few of the recipes surprised me and were rather tasty but I ended up balancing it with eggs on toast for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch and one of the Symply cookbook recipes for dinner. I love the Symply meals because they're healthier versions of home style meals which I love.

The shakes are fine if you're not breastfeeding, it's more that they're okay if you are (which a lot aren't!). They also have fenugreek in them which helps with milk supply if you're breastfeeding.

Also, I signed up for the challenge subscription because I really did enjoy some of the meals, I liked the exercises a lot and the community feeling of starting and finishing the challenge together.
