    I lost 400g this week not very good but I blew it on the weekend. Start again this week.

    Weighed in this morning 80kg exactly. Very happy with that, hopefully by next Monday I can say goodbye to the 80s.

    I might sign up for the next challenge. I an just not a big calorie counter. I havent followed any of the recipes just cook wgat I normally cook but eat half what I would have

    Can I join in? I'm doing the smoothies, too! My fave is chocolate with, 1 Apple, 1/3 cup of rolled oats (milled), 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 250ml of oat milk. My second favourite is vanilla with 1/3 cup of rolled oats (milled), 1 Apple and I think it's 125g of frozen berries. For some reason that one tastes like bubblegum!

    They're talking about doing a subscription for the challenges so you can have them all. I think I'll do that because I loved the recipes and exercises on the July challenge.
