    Default Healthy Mummy Smoothies

    Just wondering if anyone here has had these? I am on my first week with weigh in tomorrow and keen for some support :-)

    I just ordered mine Saturday night! Very much looking forward to them arriving. Are you just using the smoothies or did you get the cookbooks/exercise DVD too? What are the smoothies like?

    I have just finished my first week and down 2.6kg! I started with the vanilla which I find yummy. I add a small teaspoon of coffee to my morning one. It is nice with banana too. I got the 28 day challenge one which was the programme book and one smoothie tub plus a couple ebooks. I reordered last Friday the choc and vanilla smoothies and some of their choc bites to try. Got 2 other ebooks with that too. I have only done incidental exercise so far but planning on going fot a walk today.

    I have just been having the 2 smoothies a day for breakfast and lunch. My snacks are either a small handful of almonds, greek yoghurt, rice crackers and either avocado or hummus. Dinners are whatever I am cooking just I have a smaller portion. I still like to have a cup of tea and a biccie after dinner too :-)

    Well done you! It's great that you've had such a successful start.

    I have the 28 day plan ebook, so I have been getting healthy snack ideas from that while I wait for the shakes. I figure if I start with shakes and snacks and then start incorporating some of the meal ideas then I have a better chance of sticking with it than if I tried to change my entire diet at the beginning.

    Are these part of the lose baby weight program?
    I have just gotten there three flavours (shakes) and about to start their 28 day challenge. Im still breastfeeding so hope my supply doesnt go down.
    The hardest thing for me will be avoiding the unhealthy snacks and getting motivation to exercise. My goal is to lose 10kg by December 1st

    Yes they are. My supply has been fine. I have almond milk for my shakes as apparently almonds are good for supply..

    Chocolate is my favourite. I bought the So Good Coconut and Almond uht milk and it is awesome with the choc smoothie. I add a teaspoon of decaf coffee to the vanilla one too.
