Question to all the knowledgable women out there....before I go to Capetown I'm thinking of seeing a little more of Africa while I'm out that way and am considering the Serengeti in Tanzania, but I'm worried that the safari won't be malaria free. I'm not sure if taking anti-malaria medication will have an impact on the transfer a couple of weeks later, but I do recall a couple of ladies not going to Kruger due to malaria.

Does anyone know anything about this as I haven't found anything with Dr Google.

Miss Sagi, you may want to check out some of the current border issues with regards to the Ebola outbreak. South Africa has closed their borders to people who are coming from some countries.

I know it may seem extreme but DH and I were looking to spread our wings a little further through Africa this time too but in the end have decided the risks and difficulty that ' could ' be created we decided is just not worth it this time around..

Thanks Miss Sagi - the info on the lucrin is very helpful. I have emailed CFC with a request for a script. We originally wanted to go to Kruger last time we were there, but due to malaria avoided it and went to Pilanesburg instead.

Holy cr@p the Ebola issue is scary. Blinky I don't think you are being extreme at all.

Williteverhappen - thanks Hun. So looking forward to meeting you and hopefully some of the other brave 'November Egg Safari Crew'. Xx

I did an early test yesterday and it was negative So much for the boob change the other day. Trying not to think about it but I'm not feeling anything now.
Disappointed but will see what the blood test says on Thurs.
