    Hi everyone

Good luck for your trip this week Jiks. I had quite a bleed a week before my transfer and thought for sure it was all over and I was losing my lining. But Dr W just upped my progynova and all was OK.

    Seahorse - any updates?

I just got my results back from my BT on Sat - HCG was 795. So next step is a scan in 2 weeks. This nausea is truly killing me. But I guess I better get used to it!

    Hi to everyone else.

Jiks: Good luck with your trip.

Luca: Great numbers, hope you're managing to cope with the dreaded nausea ok.

AFM: We got sent our treatment plan overnight so we can finally start booking flights, etc... Exciting but daunting!

    Hello to everyone else.

DW here. Mixed news today. Had our seven week scan. We had twins on board until about about 5 days ago. Still have one heartbeat tho. A little bit sad.

Sorry to hear that Tittle - it's mixed emotions when that happens I know... I'm sure I miscarried one of our embryos at about 6.5 weeks just before the first scan. I found just focusing on the thriving bean helped me immensely.

Patsy - very exciting! The show is on the road!

Luca great follow up numbers congratulations!
@Seahorse1 I hope that you're just having so much fun you haven't had time to update us.

Sorry to hear that title. Pray the remaining one thrives, just focus on that. Does anyone how much in cash one can take to SA? A d also how easy is it to use a credit card in shops.

    thanks.

Tittle. So sorry to hear about the loss of one of your twins but glad there's still one heartbeat there. I actually know exactly how you may be feeling because I lost a twin at about seven weeks. I remember feeling very sad but relieved that the other one was ok as I'd already had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. The other one is now my strapping six year old...I still do get a pang when I see twins and think what could have been, though.

I've not mentioned my son before because I guess I felt a bit guilty struggling to have another when maybe I should have just counted my blessings and been happy with what we've got. I tried this, but, as I think some of you know, the desire for a second - and the depression when it doesn't happen - can almost be as strong as for the first.
Anyway, we're taking him along to CT as we're hoping it'll be an amazing experience for him too!
