@babygirl7 thanks! Sounds good I'm just waiting to hear back about my bloods to see if the baseline hormones are OK to start. If so then I'll be jabbing to tomorrow morn. Hopefully they are! Anyone ever been told sorry you can't start??

@amiracle4me yep hun I've just been told that now I can't start... What a bummer!

Well ladies that was a short lived yay... Lol!

Looks like I have to wait another month. Just got the call back from the clinic and have been told that they can't start me as my FS is on holidays and that he likes to look after his own patients. I don't know whether to be angry or happy. In a way we did intend on trying in august but geez after waiting for AF and now to be told I have to wait another month just sucks. Oh well back to house cleaning for me today. *sorry rant over*

Best of luck with the cycles amiracle4me and Bellavista. Hope they are short and smooth.

Babygirl7 that's so frustrating for you. Thinking of you.

May I join you ladies?! I've started my day two jabbing today for our stim cycle number seven - hoping it might be the one that gives us a sibling for our little two year old daughter. She was embryo transfer #6 and we've had seven since her with no luck. We have male factor infertility and our major problem is my premature ovarian failure - not even sure how bad my AMH is anymore, I don't want to know. I'm in my 20's still too which sucks but anyway!

I'm doing an oestrogen priming cycle this time, so lots of Gonal-F (my highest dose so far at 750 per day ) plus all sorts of new and exciting drugs, injections and patches to hopefully get us over the line.

Looking forward to sharing the rollercoaster with other people who understand

@babygirl7 that sucks! Hope the month goes fast for you.

Welcome @scratchycat hope its lucky 7 for you.

AFM - rang the clinic to advise of CD1 (from Sunday) and got a nurse who proceeded to tell me I had to go get bloods and and US etc. I get a bit ****y when the clinic staff ring and haven't checked your details first. Anyhow I told her it had all been done and that I was ringing to advice CD1, to check that the FS had everything she needed and an indicative timetable of when to get progress bloods done. She said she would ring me back. That was this am. Still haven't heard anything. Hmm.

Oh @ladybug14 so very sorry to hear that I can very much imagine how disappointing and awful that must be.

    Lots of hugs to you.

Does the FS have any ideas about a different protocol next time?

@babygirl7 That must be so frustrating! Oh well, fingers crossed August is your lucky month.
@ladybug14 I'm so very sorry to hear your news. Do you have any idea what you will do next?
@scratchycat Hello and welcome! I hope your new protocol is the one!
@KitiK Have the clinic been in touch yet? I hope they get their act together and get back to you ASAP!

Afm, I had EPU this morning. 5 decent looking eggs. I'm actually pretty happy with that! If I had gone in with high expectations I'd be disappointed with 5, but after having a few days last week thinking it might only be 2, 5 is great news! It's funny how the ups and downs of this process give you a different perspective I feel pretty good. Just a bit bloated and achy and tired after the anaesthetic. I pretty much slept the whole day! Otherwise ok though for now. Crossing fingers for a good fert report tomorrow...

    Thanks for the welcome ladies!
@ladybug14 - sorry to hear you got a BFN, they really bite
@MrsChino - congratulations on five eggs!! Five is a great number, especially if they are good looking and mature. Anything over about four and I'm always super stoked!
