DHEA is a hormone that some FS prescribe to help with egg quality. In the USA it's easy to come by, in oz not so much. It is a controlled substance. It is made by a compounding pharmastis and it is most commonly known for being used with male steroid users to get bigger muscles.

It is also knows as the fountain of youth drug... It has made me feel better I must say... Not sure if it has been the cause of my great results this time around, but it doesn't seem to hurt.

Precious40 my clinic had me stop the DHEA before I started stimming-I think about a week before. I have a feeling I was allowed to take the Coq10 throughout the cycle.

@mummymaybe - 3/3 that's awesome! @ScubaGal you must be very pleased with that egg haul!! Well done!! Did you end up having a general anaesthetic? Hope you have a quick recovery.
Also, I notice on your sig that your Dh has antibodies - so does mine 96%

Hi @Precious40, can't help with the DHEA as I'm not on that, but I was told to stop the Coq10 once you get a BFP. Will this be your first cycle coming up?

congrats on being PUPO @newbee22. Hope the 2WW flies by for you. Also congrats of @LadyLouise, @shell'80 for being PUPO too! Stick embies stick!

10 eggs is a great haul @ScubaGal, glad DH was there to support you. Now grow embies grow!

Great news for 100% fertilization @mummymaybe, I would just trust you're FS on the 3 day transfer since he thinks it best. You will be PUP in no time! I heat ya about progesterone…if you do become pregnant many FS require you to keep taking the presseries until 12 weeks.TMI, but I have to wear pads to bed because it leaks out every night and ruins my undies!

Hi to all the other ladies.

@Grace1 nope I was fine with the local and the happy gas, totally fine although my memory of it is a bit blurry but I was awake and didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all

The antibodies were a huge shock we have no idea what caused it. Does your DH have any idea about what happened to cause his?

I am hoping though that since the washing of the sperm for ICSI negates the antibodies that we've got a really good chance of success because my DH swimmers are otherwise healthy so as long as my endo doesn't cause a problem...could be a good result. Fx

Hope she hurries up for you babygirl7. Always the way when you actually want her! White knickers, white skirt and no tampons should do the trick!
