Good luck everyone tomorrow... Off to bed and hope to wake up real late in the day so I don't have to fret most of the day... Sweet dreams of babies...

Quick question: I know I'm not supposed to use a heat pack because it's bad for an embryo but that just means after transfer right? Or should I not be using it now? I've only had one injection so far...

Only after the ET. I needed to use one after my EPU because of the pain and always use one for AF pain.

You're fine before ET ScubaGal. My clinic even give us heatpacks after EPU.

    Thanks @Nezz79 and @ladybug14

I get such bad pain and discomfort during AF but i suddenly got worried about it. It's like going back to the start of TTC all over again where I feel like I don't know what's allowed and what's not.

    I love my heatpack!!!

Wishing you all the best for your EPU tomorrow @Soques and @Ducky01..
@Ducky01 I like your suggestion of getting DH to do the injections, I think it is a great way for him to be more involved (I just can't imagine my DH doing it- he is so squeamish...., but will see how we go)....

Thanks for the kind welcome @ScubaGal. I'm glad your first injection went well. (You're about 2weeks ahead of me). Hope you have a relaxing Monday....

Oh Biscotti71 that's such awful news. Hope some sleep and a chat with your FS helps. Take care.
