I was told to do whatever I would normally do as if I had just BD. So ok for swimming/bath etc. I asked specifically about it - but it may be different for others depending on their particular ETs - ie: whether it was difficult or not...

Quick question for those who've used the pessaries - how exact do I need to be with the timing each night?

My clinic just said x number of times per day so I'm assuming it's not too important to be exact with the timing/spacing.....

I just oust evenly spaced them and roughly timed them too, the timing isn't critical.
