As a poor responder on your last shot you have no idea what this number does for me.

@MissBell just use the @ symbol with the persons username afterward - no spaces 😊

    @MissBell

We have three main issue severe mfi and I am a poor responder and have had 6 losses.

I was on a long down reg modified with estrogen.

Syneral for 10 days prior to AF which came 6 days late Syneral does that to me. Morning and night.
    Prednisolone 25mg every morning
    progynova morning and night
DHEA 3 times a day and Melatonin 1 daily
    Coq10
    Berroca
    Fish oil
    Vitamin e
    Zinc
    Low dose aspirin

On cd6 I started 183iui Puregon split dose half morning and half night
Cd7 started clexane and human growth hormone injections continue Puregon.
Continue Syneral 1 spray morning only.

Scan done at cd 3, 11, 14 and bloods same time.

At cd11 Puregon was upped to 300iui daily.

Trigger was Tuesday 7.45pm 10,000iui Pregnyl injections.

I am now on post EPU
    Prednisolone 25mg every morning
    progynova 2 x 4 times a day
    Ralovera 2 x 4 times a day
    Feldene 1 daily with food
    4 progesterone pessaries daily
    Coq10
    Berroca
    Fish oil
    Vitamin e
    Zinc
    Low dose aspirin
    Clexane injections

Tomorrow I also start crinone x 2 daily and reduce the progesterone pessaries
Also pregnyl boosters x 3 starting day of transfer.

My DH managed a fresh sample and was on arimidex for 6 weeks prior. We do have fragmentation with all of embryos but so far it's still our best result.

I have a huge spreadsheet to follow what I have to have and when.

Holy cow! You need a road map for those meds! I feel for you, that was a lot to read let alone manage yourself!

    @Bellavista
Wow that is a lot to remember. I'm also on dhea 3x25, melatonin, inositol, L-arganine, coq10. Last cycle I was on 300 gonal f and saizen and seemed to produce just immature eggs. I'll look into some of your ones and talk to my fs. Which ones were for responding better? My husband is infertile and needed aspiration so they are also immature. Thanks
