@BabyOB good luck, let me know how you go fx babydust and sticky vibes.
@nightchild80, I am with Repromed. I got a pic first IVF (about 2.5 years ago) and this time too how are you coping with your journey so far? 75% is a great fert rate! xx

@nightchild80 that's a very GOOD fert rate, so happy for u!
I had 15 eggs only 5 fertilized and 4 survived at day 2, a and my clinic( fertility north) froze them on day 2, 3 of 4 cells and 1 of 3 cells, I ask the embryologist whether it is normal to freeze the embryos at day 2 and she said it is normal, so is there anyone here having same experience?

Hi all - congrats and best of luck for the tee to those that had their transfer today! How exciting!

Thinking of you@MrsChino and @ScubaGal with your BT's coming up. This journey is so damn hard.

AFM - saw the FS this morning (finally, after we were evacuated from the building for an hour because it was on FIRE!!) transfer is likely to be either this Friday or Saturday. I have to see him again on Thursday morning to confirm either way and get another scan and BT to ensure everything is where it should be. Getting excited now but nervous at the same time. Hoping this week FLIES by!!

    2009 - 2010 - diagnosed with severe endo - 2 x laps, 1 x laparotomy to remove endo.
    2011 - IVF - 1st cycle - chemical pregnancy, FET - BFN, 2nd FET - BFN
2013 - another laparotomy - lost right ovary and tube to a 15cm endometrioma
    2014 - July - cycle #2

@Hopefullyanotherbaby: How exciting! What steroids will you be on?

@ScubaGal: Good luck with your BT!

@akakura: Did your BT go ok?

@BabyOB: Hope the thaw went well!
@KitiK: Good luck! Who are you with? Our FS has never provided photos of our embies.

AFM EPU was on Friday and we got a nice round dozen eggs. Thankfully no cramping and didn't need any pain meds over the weekend. Out of the 12 eggs, 9 fertilised - the best fertilisation rate we've ever had at 75%. I called the scientist this morning to check on their development and we have 3 embies (between 4-8 cell graded 2, which they called poor), 4 embies (between 7-8 cell graded 3, which is better) and 2 embies at 8 cell graded 4. The scientist sounded happy with their development, but our concern is how they develop after Day 3 given our past cycles. Fingers crossed we'll have a nice blastie to transfer on Wednesday.
I will be on predisteone for high nk cells. Waiting for clinic to call me back hopefully have bt tomorrow and we can start!!!!

Well it might not be over for me after all! My numbers are doubling but still low. Hcg is up to 65 (from 20 on Friday) and prog is up from 21 to 34. FS was noncommittal of course but wasn't pessimistic. Could b a late implanter. Next BT on Friday. Omg.
