    I had a big dinner. No snacks bc I fell asleep at 8.30 while taking ds to bed!

    Ok I'm checking in again. Was peckish after dinner so had an apple and some dates. Will have a cup of tea if DS ever falls asleep. Feeling positive tonight

    - hot chocolate or milk with a couple of biscuits, or
    - bowl of cereal with milk (Milo, Cheerios or Cocopops Chex)

    However, TONIGHT I ate...TWO carrot sticks

    Lol bluebirds - about an hour ago I found myself in the kitchen...so I peeled a carrot and ate that.

    Am now in bed. Danger over.
