    Hello everyone! Yay, I'm glad of the company (in the best possible way given the circumstances). So I'm planning to check in during my danger time (anywhere from 8-10pm for me) to try and have some accountability.

    Zombie I do exactly what you do - consume another days worth of calories after dinner. Then afterwards I moan to DH about it (who never moans about my moaning, bless him). Then I go to bed feeling like shiz

    Enough I say!

    Yep this is me. Especially when the kids are finally in bed and I see dh munching away on chips, ice cream , chocolates!!!

    Yes! I think I consumed more calories last night in snacks then the whole day!

    The last month I have fallen back into the old trap, put on 2 kgs
    While trying to break the habit If cold turkey isn't working I get a small amount of yoghurt and stir in a spoon of oat bran it gives you a full feeling.

    Mmm, that smoothie looks good! Going great guns here. State of origin is a good distraction. It's half time - this would normally be a cue to wander into the kitchen. Off to get the kids' uniforms ready instead.
