    Hi all. Can I jump in here too?

    I did a very low carb diet 5-6 years ago and then I got pregnant and much of the 27 kgs that I lost found their way back to me. On this diet I was very restricted and had no bread, rice, pasta, potato no milk, no yogurts, etc. I also checked regularly with urine tests to make sure I was in the weight loss zone but I think this time I may have very small serves of carb foods and unsweetened yogurt for snacks.

    I swore I wouldn't do very low carb again because it is so hard to maintain but here I am.

    I haven't weighed in for a starting weight.....because I don't want to know.
