Last sunday I had a bit of a melt down (a few tears) because I had stuck to the plan like glue, eating close to 20grams of carbs per day and the scales went back up to 57kg. I was so upset.

Anyway I found out yesterday that I am pregnant so that explains the lack of weight loss.

Im going to keep going with low carb for as long as I can until the nausea sets in.

    Today
    scrambled eggs
    bacon and eggs
    mexican shredded beef
    low sugar chocolate
    wow!! Congrats

    Oh yay congrats TeBe!
I've been quiet because I gave myself a week off as life at home and work has been crazy! I didn't gain any weight, so that was good - I didn't go crazy like I thought I would, just stopped the food diary and ate whatever I wanted and didn't say no to the odd cupcake
    Back into it from Monday!

    Congratulations TeBe! Lovely news.

    Today

    B - bacon and eggs
    S - cheese
    L -cauliflower soup, ham
    S - bar
D - bacon and eggs (DH and kids went to the Inlaws for dinner while I was at work, so when I got home I cooked what I liked).

Eta - ok, I just had an after dinner snack. A lovely spoonful of crunchy peanut butter. Mmmm. Felt like id earned it - I absolutely busted my a$$ at work today (physically)

Thank you for all the nice congratulations.

At least I know why my tummy wasn't getting any flatter.

Hopefully the morning sickness doesn't hit me too hard this time and I can stick with the low carb for a while.
