    That looks fantastic!

I'm having Thai chicken & mushroom soup - still to be made though....

I've been feeling a bit blerg today - not sure what's up - maybe I'm just tired.

Hope everyone else is doing well :-)

Good day here. I know you guys were discussing high protein low carb bars a while back (and decided not to have them). I've been checking them out as I need a snack to take to work (started back today). I'm a dance teacher, so my job is really physical (so I get hungry) but I have no breaks (just a couple of minutes between classes). I used to take a banana and cashews as quick, portable, energy giving snacks. They are obviously out. So I've decided to take a bar. The one I took today was 2g of carbs and it was good - quick to eat and filled me up.

B - bacon, eggs and mushroom
    L - ham and cheese
    S - bar
D - chicken breast with melted cheese and salad
    S - raspberries

What brand is the bar teenie? Just cause if there are a bunch if weird named things underneath there it says carbs and sugar, those numbers are actually carbs too.

But if you've found one with only 2g of carbs id love to know so i can get some!

    Body trim zombie.

Not sure of they're that great, but they'll do the trick for me at work 3 days a week.

    1.4g carbs
    0.65g sugar

What's your opinion on peanut butter, girls? Mine says 2.8g carbs per serve. I love to eat it off a spoon...

    Quick update;

weighed in yesterday and had put on .4kg - was a bit disappointed but to be fair it was a wine/pizza fuelled Friday night. Just weighed in now and I've lost .5 since yesterday so I've corrected and lost .1 which I'm happy with overall. It's also given me the incentive to keep going and really stick to it this weekend. Determined to see a 63 on the scales Sunday. I couldn't find Maxine's burn @Zombieeyes so I got a musashi slm toning powder.

Well, I'm a week in. My jeans are still firm but my muffin top is gone!! Very happy about that. I feel less bloated too. Still feeling very motivated. My goal for this week is to not eat after dinner. This is a big problem for me, has been forever.

Hi everyone, sorry I have been a bit quiet. I have kept on track with the low carb eating over the last few weeks and have been getting a bit frustrated that the scales keep hovering around the 56kg mark. Last sunday I had a bit of a melt down (a few tears) because I had stuck to the plan like glue, eating close to 20grams of carbs per day and the scales went back up to 57kg. I was so upset.

Anyway I found out yesterday that I am pregnant so that explains the lack of weight loss.

Im going to keep going with low carb for as long as I can until the nausea sets in.

    Today
    scrambled eggs
    bacon and eggs
    mexican shredded beef
    low sugar chocolate
