Tomorrow is looking like this;
Brekky - 2 eggs and black coffee
Lunch - carrot, celery, hommus, shaved chicken
Almonds and cranberries
Dinner - chicken and brocoli stir fry
I'm starting week 3 of couch to 5k this week. My diet has needed an overhaul for ages!!!
I'm loving the ideas so far. This thread has been an eye opener. i never realised the hidden carbs in so many of my foods. I looked at my non sugar free energy drinks in the fridge, 50g whopping carbs in one can So it looks like black coffee will be my charge.
Some low carb snacks could include, cold meats such as ham, prosciutto etc, boiled egg, cheese, an omelette.
There's not much point skipping milk in your coffee if you are eating yoghurt and dried fruit which are both full of carbs!
