    So.freakin.hungry.today

I've kept everything low carb but have eaten a bit more than usual. I have always had a big appetite, but am a grazer rather than massive meals. Anyway, at least I've stayed on track.

    B- bacon and eggs
    S - raspberries, cheese slice
L - cauliflower soup, boiled egg, twiggy stick
S - strawberries, ham, cheese slice
    D - sausage and salad

So I've basically had 5 meals...

I have 5 meals a day if I'm hungry @teenie. I find if I don't, and I'm hungry, I binge or will make a bad choice because it's there. If I have my snacks then I feel I limit the damage done.

I've also found that my appetite will reduce after a bit so those extra snacks disappear off the meal plan.

I've been pretty good today - eggs for breaky, cauliflower 'Mac' & cheese leftovers for lunch and dinner is going to be steak & vege.

I eat when km hungry teeny, sometimes thats 5 times a day, sometimes 3 times a day.

I keep portion sizes small and just make it low carb.

You will get to a point where you get uninterested in food and not very hungry.

If you dont reach that point on this diet, after 1-2 weeks, replace berries with dense protein.
