    L-chicken in the slow cooker and salad ( going to cook the chicken overnight, cooked in half a cup of chicken stock tastes like BBQ chicken from the shops)

    I went to the chocolate factory today with my kids and mum . OMG, I really had to control myself. I didn't buy anything 😭😭😭

    So.freakin.hungry.today

    I've kept everything low carb but have eaten a bit more than usual. I have always had a big appetite, but am a grazer rather than massive meals. Anyway, at least I've stayed on track.

    B- bacon and eggs
    S - raspberries, cheese slice
    L - cauliflower soup, boiled egg, twiggy stick
    S - strawberries, ham, cheese slice
    D - sausage and salad

    So I've basically had 5 meals...

    I have 5 meals a day if I'm hungry @teenie. I find if I don't, and I'm hungry, I binge or will make a bad choice because it's there. If I have my snacks then I feel I limit the damage done.

    I've also found that my appetite will reduce after a bit so those extra snacks disappear off the meal plan.

    I've been pretty good today - eggs for breaky, cauliflower 'Mac' & cheese leftovers for lunch and dinner is going to be steak & vege.

    I eat when km hungry teeny, sometimes thats 5 times a day, sometimes 3 times a day.

    I keep portion sizes small and just make it low carb.

    You will get to a point where you get uninterested in food and not very hungry.

    If you dont reach that point on this diet, after 1-2 weeks, replace berries with dense protein.
