    I've only lost 300g this week. I think of it as a loss not a gain. I'm hoping next week is an improvement 🙏

    I've also slipped up. I knew dinner would be hard Friday and I over indulged the red wine but did ok yesterday apart from DH making fried rice for tea but I only had a small portion. Back on board today

    My size M lorna jane tights were falling down yesterday on the treadmill while I ran My belly is so much flatter now, and while I still haven't weighed myself (not sure I'll bother) my clothes are telling the story. Despite not being as strict the last week, I'm noticing the changes and feeling so excited. I can do this!!! size 8 here I come

    Thanks Del! My glasses weren't medium and there were several but I'm glad at the way I'm bouncing back each time I digress. It's become much more a lifestyle rather than a diet. Here's to size 8!!!
