    Today

    Scrambled eggs
Rissole with cheese and spoonful of chutney
    2 chicken wings
    Chicken pizza casserole
    Sugarfree choc

I hope you feel better soon ZE, good on you for sticking to the low carb plan when not feeling well. I find I sometimes seek out comfort food (carbs) when sick (especially with morning sickness).

How did you go on your first day Teenie?

    Thanks gals.

I guess im just really really wanting to fit back into a certain pair of jeans. And its really motivating me its only 3 or so kilos away now i think. Also this just feels like a lifestyle now, its been almost 4 weeks and i just feel like the habit has formed

So excited that im totally back in control now!!

I have a pair of tailored shorts that I bought a few years ago that I use as my yard stick for weight loss. I have never actually worn them outside of the house. When I am up at 58-59kg I cannot do up the zip, but last year when I got to 55kg they zipped up easily. At the moment they do up but they are pretty snug.

Sometimes the scales go up and down a bit for me, but the shorts never lie.

I hear what you are saying ZE about the lifestyle change. I'm trying to implement this as a long term game plan, rather than a quick fix weight loss fad. My husband is on board and is loving all the meat heavy dishes.

I'm hoping to get to 55kg and then allow a few treats back in but stick with low carb for the foreseeable future.

I can't work out how to link this but here is a bunch of low carb (less than 10g/serve) meal ideas that look pretty tasty.

    http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/c...ydrate-recipes

(On a side note: how do you link stuff when you use the iPhone app? Is it even possible?)

ETA: worked out how to do it :-)

    Evening ladies,

Am at home in bed (finally) after a big day travelling home. So, my first day:

    Bacon and eggs
Meat on a stick (from the markets for lunch)
    Cheese (snack)
Ham and cheese (dinner while waiting for the plane!)
Home at 1030pm, famished, open fridge, only option that doesn't involve cooking is ham. Ham it is!

Looking forward to tomorrow when I can go shopping and get more creative. Happy I just stuck to protein today, though.

Thanks for asking after me TeBe and hope you feel better soon Zombie.

Eta- just put it all in my fitness pal. 23 carbs
