Today I'm stocking up after our holiday with eggs, meats, cheese, salad and veggies. I also have booked myself a 1:1 yoga session to get back into it and a monthly unlimited pass.

    Plan for today;
    - boiled egg
    - meatloaf in lettuce wraps
    - bacon and eggs
Congratulations, great result. Good luck with the next phase of going sub 60kg!

Today will go something like this

    Bacon and eggs
    Left over chicken wings
    Maybe steak for dinner

It's been hard to get out for my usual walks with the pram due to lots of rain. Hopefully it will clear up so I can go today.

    Hi there ladies

Well, tomorrow I am officially joining you . We fly home tomorrow. We've been away for 2 weeks and the last time I remember eating so much for consecutive days was on our honeymoon. Anyway, I know my cravings are going to be beyond extreme after all of the chips, chocolate, cheese and wine I have consumed. I'm pumped though. Tonight we are going to our friends' place for Peking duck (that he is cooking - as you do!). It will be my last supper

    Tomorrow I'm intending to eat
    Bacon and eggs
    Ham and a cheese slice
    Sausage
    Brazil nuts

Weird combo I know but we'll be traveling for some of it. Once I'm home I can get more creative.

Also, I don't do scales. I havent for years. So my first goal is for my jeans to feel comfortable as opposed to tight my second goal is to wear a particular slim fitting dress I own that is catching badly across my thighs. Once it fits properly I'll be done. I'm guessing 3-4 KG

Sorry for the novel. See you tomorrow.

Ive completely lost my appetite. Nothing seems appetising at all to me. Not even the idea of cake or something.

    Hmmm

I wish I had lost my appetite! I can't stop eating today (and, sadly, not great choices).

I'm at work tomorrow so as long as I take good choices I will be right - work is miles from anywhere so it takes a lot of effort to get something that I don't take with me.

The worse thing is that most of the crap that I've eaten I haven't even enjoyed or wanted - it's just habit. I need to work on this.

Hope everyone is having a good day!
