Today I have eaten
breakfast - 3 eggs, black coffee
lunch - 3 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs
snack - cheese and a slice of ham
dinner - beef chow mein (mince with cabbage, carrot and capsicum)
drinks - water, a can of coke zero and a green tea.
I might have a few squares of sugar free chocolate after dinner and a cup of tea with milk.
I estimate this to be around 20g of carbs but its hard to tell with the home made chow mein.
Smashed today! Went for a 3.9 km walk as well as running up and down a basket ball court several times *fist pump* how did everyone else go?
Breakfast -2 eggs scrambled
Lunch- leftover ratatouille, was meant to have with chicken but it smelt funny
Dinner- I made Indian tasting plate, lamb cutlet, chicken pieces and Indian spiced roast cauliflower
No scheduled exercise today just life
From my experience, If you are going to eat low carb to get into ketosis for weight loss, then you have to eat lots of eggs, meat and cheese.
I was going to ask about cheese... it's ok? I love cheese and can't eat a salad without it.
I'm sitting here drinking black coffee, and it really isn't that bad!
