    Ohh. Im sure it wouldnt be too bad. I marinade my meat in store bought marinades and ive still had good results

    IMO, if you have a mini splurge, and jump back on the healthy bandwagon the next day, then it's ok. I've splurged twice so far, once a piece of cake 2 weeks ago and I tried Yogurtland on Sunday afternoon. I felt a tad guilty, but I knew if I put my mind to it, I'd be ok. It's ok to have a treat, even just a small one once a week. My problem in the past is, I started dieting and I would have a treat and then I couldn't be bothered to get back on dieting, but this time I keep telling myself I'm 4 weeks in and not to give up. I also have a wedding I'm attending in December and I want to dress nicely for that and feel great and it's also my 30th in dec too. It's all about controlling impulses, which is soooo hard.

    I splurged on sugar the first time on my holidays last night, drumstick ice cream. I feel ok about it though because it's straight back to the plan today! I weigh in tomorrow.
