    Today I had a booked egg and at the markets bought DS some fried tempura, of course he doesn't want it and I eat it all It was gross too. Determined to stick to the plan rest of the day!

    Yes this was my concern. I'll look into it. I just know that if I get constipated I won't see it through. Thanks also to a PP for the tip about drinking heaps if water, will definitely do that.

    I had a disgusting butternut soup last night. I are about 3 spoonfuls and the rest went in the bin. Gross.

    I was disappointed, as I was looking forward to it.

    So here comes my usual Monday morning post.

    I went a bit off track yesterday (hungover) ate a bread roll for lunch and a kebab for dinner.

    Today is a new day and I have started well with scrambled eggs and a coffee. Going shopping today so not sure about lunch yet.

    This weeks plan - hardcore low carb - Who is with me??

    Welp today was my official 3rd week weigh in

    3.9 kgs down since i started. Mega happy

    Now im not going to weigh in until the 18th!!

    Todays plan

    Yogurt for breaky (ive ran out if my protein shakes noooo)

    Lunch will be, ham, tomato, spanish onion, cheese with some mayo mixed in.

    Dinner will be sausages and veggies

    Im going to a two hour zumba class tonight (its a special extra long class cause my instructor is leaving)

    I hope i survive! I'll prolly come home and have some eggs cause hardcore exercise makes me starving.

    Wow, 3.9kg thats amazing I am so impressed! Good luck with the zumba marathon.

    Im having rissoles and cauliflower mash for dinner.
