    I'm with everyone on waiting longer to weigh in, disappoint leads me astray. I'm weighing in on Wednesday morning.

    Today I ran 3.5ks on the beach and ate;

    - boiled egg and maccas grilled chicken salad
    - grilled chicken snack
    - bacon and eggs with brocoli

    Damn it I have had 2 massive after dinner binges the past 2 nights - feeling miserable and hormonal. Tomorrow I'm doing a big run and not having anymore crap (it helps that I have eaten it all!!)

    Hi lovelies. I'm coming to join you in a few days when I get home from my eating holiday of SA. It is out of control, but never mind, I'm pumped for high protein low carb come Thursday.

    A question so I'm prepared...I had a stab at the diet a while ago and got nastily constipated. Someone suggested Metamucil. Is that the way to go? If so, is once a day enough? TIA.

    If you're doing low carb high fat you can try coconut oil for constipation or powdered magnesium.

    I've had a real testing night with a sick 4 month old and both kids decide to wake up at 5.00am. I've had the 4 y/o testing my buttons since he woke up. I'm so over it and had enough by 6.30am, that I feel like taking my frustrations out and eating something sweet, but I just cant, I'd hate myself. I feel terrible, I've been moody with my 4 y/o since I woke up, 😥😥😥

    That sounds terrible, hope your day improves. So hard to stick to the plan when you are tired.

    A teaspoon of Metamucil can have 5g of carbs in it. That's a huge amount. I would not be able to fit that into my daily carb allowance. You might want to try something else.

    I've heard drinking lots of water can help with constipation.
