I think I've lost 1 kilo I told myself I wouldn't weigh myself for 2 weeks from Friday but I couldn't help myself. I won't check again now for 2 weeks this time for real.

Good job on the weight loss girls. I've decided I'm only weighing myself every 2-3 weeks. I get obsessive otherwise, and if I don't lose I get all down and binge. So I'm just going to keep doing my thing, and watching how my clothes fit.

I had an omelette and coffee for breaky. Have no idea about lunch or dinner. I'm so busy looking after DH (he's fine, had elective surgery but I need to do pretty much everything for him) and the house has fallen into disrepair over the last few days. Might just have salads.

I find myself being a bit obsessive too.

The hardest part about all of this is having patience.

Im going to try and not weigh myself for 2 weeks *fingers crossed*

I finally got to the gym today after a month off.

I weighed in at 62.5kg which is the same as last month but I have lost 2cm on my bust, 2cm on my abdomen and 2cm on my thighs. I'm pretty happy with that as I've not done any exercise so I'm guessing it's due to diet??

    B: bacon & eggs
L: ?? Will have to look in the fridge.
D: probably beef with cauliflower fried rice.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I'm the same. I eat well for 2 days then get on the scales and expect to lose heaps of weight. It's so unrealistic!

I'm thinking of taking the batteries out of my scales and putting them away up high somewhere.

I think weighing in once a month is probably a good idea but I struggle to stay off them for that long.

That's why I use store scales at the chemist. It limits me as I how much I can weigh myself, otherwise I'm always on the scales and I get obsessive.

This is why I refuse to weigh myself much. It's not good for me. I haven't weighed myself in a 1.5 weeks, yet I know I'm losing bc I'm back in size 10. I put too much pressure on myself when I do it regularly - I only see a 0.4 loss, I feel frustrated, then I either think stuff it and eat... or I restrict too much which then leads to bingeing.

I was pretty disappointed this week i weighed in again today and all up this week I've lost 600g which isn't enough for me. I know i should be stoked but im not. And my first instinct was to go '**** it' and plough my face into a donut. I didn't. Ive remained strong but id rather not have that feeling or have my feelings be dictated by a number on a scale. So yeah i'll give it two weeks and see how i go.
