Had 2 bad days as DH has been in hospital and we've lived off crap.

But on a good note.... I'm back into my size 10 jeans

I remember when I last lost my weight 5 years ago and could fit back into size 12 jeans - best feeling!

It's my weigh in today. 🙏

I'm going out for lunch today. I'm sure I'm going to have a few wines and go off track. Oh well, I will start the day with a healthy breakfast and a big walk.

I'm sticking to the no sweetener in tea and coffee but I'm still having a few diet diet soft drinks.

Last night I made a low carb pizza casserole. Was so good. Hubby loved it.
    It was a layer of:
Cauliflower mash with butter and cream
    Tomato paste (only small amount)
    Mozzarella cheese
    Pepperoni

I can highly recommend this for anyone craving pizza.

I hope everyone has a great weekend and sticks to their eating plans.

*Dreaming of my size 10 jeans*

Size 7 ones can take a hike in the back of the cupboard for another 6 months after that! Well done Del - hope your other half is on the mend.
