    Im really enjoying it! I hadn't done exercise in about 12 months did to work, travel and sheer exhaustion. I took the plunge and haven't missed a run. It builds up really well, the first week was the hardest and the ante is upped this week being week 5. I mix it up too, I run outside and on a treadmill at the gym. Definitely recommend it

    Those muffins look yummy, I might give them a go over the weekend. They would be handy to have in the freezer too.

    Today so far

    scrambled eggs
    salmon sashimi

    I also snuck in an oat and sultana biscuit from the batch that I made for after school snacks.

    Not sure about dinner yet

    Today;

    bacon and eggs
    salad with chicken
    naked burger

    snacks; carrot with beet root dip and a few almonds

    I think I've cut my after dinner sweet craving, haven't had anything after tea since we've been on holidays. So tonight is the 3rd night of no sweet anything after eating.
