I wasn't to fussed on my chicken/bacon/avocado salad last night. I felt really heavy after I ate it, like it was really unhealthy or something. Hard to explain. I won't be making that again.

I'm just having some Salmon and Salad for dinner again. Love me some salmon, too bad it's expensive.

I'll just have a salad for lunch too.

Does anyone on here know much about weight loss resistance? I thought I was in ketosis but my weight is staying the same.

The reason I moved to low Carb was cause I couldn't lose weight using traditional low cal diets. So just trying to work out what to Do. My bmi is 27 so have about 6-8kgs to go

Use my fitness pal. You input the foods you eat and it tells you how many carbs. When I did this I was shocked at the hidden carbs :/ You want to be keeping under 50 every day to lose.

I use my fitness pal, I just make sure on the pie chart carbs make up the least percentage of my diet and protein the most. It's interesting because I liked at the grams of carbs and I barely get under 100g in a day and I have lost 6kg. However, I also calorie count so it's possible this has contributed to my weight loss.

Thanks. Yep think you are right I am at 48 grams of carbs and no dinner

Damn pumpkin soup for lunch. Having said that I was aware it was higher carbs.

Will enter next few days to get an idea.

After a day from hell I haven't done too badly. I ate 1/2 a muffin on the plane but I'm not bothered, I had bigger things to worry about with DS on a plane Half a moussaka for lunch and about to have scrambled eggs. I've also done a big shop and stocked up for our time away.
