Do u think the oreos were a result of you cutting out all sugar? You were doing ace before you went mega hardcore.

Maybe. I crave chocolate all day every day. Sometimes I just cave in. Trying not to beat myself up about it.

Will get back on track tomorrow. I'm happy with my choice to cut out artificial sweetener in my tea and coffee, I'm slowly getting used to the taste.

Make one plan and stick to it for a couple of weeks. Put the scales away for the next month. Set a weight goal - 'on 31 July I will weigh myself and hope I have dropped 3kg' but you have to change something! If I were you, I would just start with the food diary and learning about serving sizes to begin plus cut one bad thing out. There is no point going straight to Low carb, no sugar, low calories, exercise all in one because you set yourself up for failure. Small steps, find what works for you and go for it!
Thank you That makes a lot of sense. I like the idea of not weighing myself until a certain date ect. I think that's what I will do. I'm trying not to stress about it too much because it won't help and I don't want to walk around feeling crap in the meantime when I have a lot to be thankful for and happy about.

I eat the Well Naturally bars too - they have several different flavours. The Cherry one is close to a cherry ripe! And they don't have Maltitol. I've bought them in Woollies and Foodland and seen them in health food shops

I've steered clear of those chocolate low carb bars, as I went cold turkey with sweets and I fear if I eat one, ill get that taste of chocolate again and relapse. So far, I've only had a piece of cake and didn't relapse, but if I buy a few of those bars, it could change.
I made the garlic Parmesan roasted cauliflower last night. It's delicious!

DS and I are flying for 2 hours tomorrow and another 2 hours waiting around and car travel.

I need some tips for snacks please! Everything I think of needs refrigeration.

Tinned Tuna/Salmon? Or a protein bar. I think pretty much everything else needs refrigeration. Can you take a cooler bag with an esky/ice brick?
