I eat the Well Naturally bars too - they have several different flavours. The Cherry one is close to a cherry ripe! And they don't have Maltitol. I've bought them in Woollies and Foodland and seen them in health food shops

I've steered clear of those chocolate low carb bars, as I went cold turkey with sweets and I fear if I eat one, ill get that taste of chocolate again and relapse. So far, I've only had a piece of cake and didn't relapse, but if I buy a few of those bars, it could change.
I made the garlic Parmesan roasted cauliflower last night. It's delicious!
