    Today looked like this:

    - Bodypump
-Brekky - 2 poached eggs with ham and rocket
    - a piece of ham wrapped in cheese
    - the avo/chicken salad posted earlier
    - a piece of my home made chocolate - Im going to try and cut this out, it really is just putting off the inevitable and feeding my sweet tooth.

Hugs. Seriously worst time of day to weigh yourself. Best to do it again in morning.

That's great - you have started - now set a goal - not 'I have to lose 12kg' but 'for 4 weeks I'm going to keep a food diary, I'm not going to eat chocolate after dinner' or something like that. Make one plan and stick to it for a couple of weeks. Put the scales away for the next month. Set a weight goal - 'on 31 July I will weigh myself and hope I have dropped 3kg' but you have to change something! If I were you, I would just start with the food diary and learning about serving sizes to begin plus cut one bad thing out. There is no point going straight to Low carb, no sugar, low calories, exercise all in one because you set yourself up for failure. Small steps, find what works for you and go for it!

I did well over the weekend. I made that Cauliflower fried rice that Zombie Eyes suggested - amazing!

Today I've been super good. I managed to sit through Playgroup surrounded by cupcakes, biscuits, fairy bread and all manner of carbolishous goods without batting an eyelid. Normally I would have eaten way too much.

I've got my lunch sorted for tomorrow and dinners planned for the rest of the week so fingers crossed I can stay on track. It's "hot scone Tuesday" at work tomorrow (my boss makes scones for morning tea for us) so will have to gracefully avoid that without offending.

If I get to the gym I will jump on the scales as well (eek).
