    If you have the money to sign up for biggest loser, I recommend it. I have found their calorie counter the best. Plus they give you a meal plan and exercise regime.

    How does everyone know how many carbs they are consuming? I was going to make naked burgers for dinner and pop a smear of sour cream on mine, how do I know how many carbs is in that small portion?

    Use Myfitnesspal. You can use it online on the computer and there is an app too. You put in the food and it shows carbs, cals etc.

    Google how many carbs in sour cream, or how many carbs in minced beef (I'm assuming thats what you are using for the patties). If you have scales you can weigh the amount of meat you are using.
