    Speaking of woolies, I saw protein bars on special marked as 'low carb'. It had listed 8.9g of carbs and 5.8g of that other carb additive. That's almost 16g of carbs in one bar

    and people buy them not really knowing that almost 16g in one bar is a sh*tload if you are doing low carb (16g sounds so little). Yep total scam. But the real scam is that carb alternative... what is it? a vast majority of people wouldn't know that's a carb. I didn't until this thread.

    Just make sure you get the Well Naturally brand, the other brands taste like crap lol.

    I have done well except that I ate a pear and feel terribly guilty :/ I'm having barramundi and salad for dinner.

    Today has been a disaster. There really is no halfway for me, it has to be all or nothing. We were out all day and the food choices were crap and I feel awful. I'm up and to the gym tomorrow and planning out my week and month.
