I'm having a bad day again, evil weekend! Sigh, I can do this!!
I'm having a roast chicken for tea and have just bought a purple and a white cauliflower, I'd love some recipe ideas please
It's the strangest thing, I feel so much lighter not eating bread or pasta and carbs in general. I found myself very shaky like my head felt wobbly and my hands were shaking it felt like a blood sugar type of issue no idea what. I ate a biscuit because it freaked me out. I was ok after that. Then I felt a bit heavy and ick internally after it. I really notice the difference when I'm not overloading my body with sugar, carbs and processed foods. I bet most people don't realize how much better they would feel without them.
I haven't weighed myself yet and won't until I really feel a big difference in my clothes. I'm trying to be kind to myself and not stress too much about it. I do feel like I've lost some weight which is encouraging especially since its only been a few days
Yogurt for breakfast
2 eggs scrambled and added some homemade sghetti sauce to it for a bit if a change
2 bites of a disgusting lo carb bar ewwww gross.
Dinner; turkey bolognese over zucchini sghetti
Grocery shopping tomorrow so working on a meal plan tonight!
Breakfast - 1 slice toast with cheese
Lunch - mint, lemon, spinach, pineapple, coconut water smoothy
Coconut, lemon, date slice
Did a ridiculous amount of exercise today so needed the energy
Dinner: chicken and salad
Feeling so fit and strong, no carbs after lunch is working really well, dropped another kg without even trying.
Today (so far)
B - scrambled eggs with herbs
L - stuffed capsicum (leftovers from the other night
Snacks - some cheese in celery
Dinner will be some chicken with a spinach salad.
Tomorrow I'm cooking up some quiche for lunch during the week.
Snack: Apple and some almonds
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: garlic prawns and steamed vegetables

I really hope my scales are kind next week! Having said that I am feeling good more energy and not as bloated
