    So those that do scheduled weigh-in, is there a tactic? Like starvation beforehand, no water for 24hrs? What's the best way to weigh in as light as possible?

    I don't have nothing until after my weigh in at 9.00am. I come home and have my shake.

    On a good note. I've lost another 1kg exact :-) Stoked.

    I weigh first thing in the morning. I don't do anything like you've mentioned.

    I went over my carb count with red wine last night, to be fair I've just finished work for the year and let my hair down in celebration. The key today is to stay away from carbs in a somewhat fragile state I've already had a very small amount of minestrone soup which would have had a few carbs.

    Todays plan;
    roast chicken
    Scrambled eggs with bacon

    I weigh in first thing in the morning before I jump in the shower. I'll weigh in tomorrow, and it's usually every few days.

    When I did Atkins, I drank vodka and diet coke and still had success. I might do vodka lime and soda tonight.

    Vodka was my plan but we went to a wine bar and I'm a red drinker so my plan didn't work. I figure if I get straight back on track today then I'm happy with that. Have fun!
