Chicken breast seasoned with roast chicken seasoning (lightly)
Cook chicken in a grill pan
Meanwhile sauté garlic spanish onion mushrooms and spinach
Add chicken to a oven dish, top with a slice of swiss cheese and put in moderate oven until cheese melts,
Serve on plate and top with mushroom mixture
Broccoli and cheese soup with added chicken breast
Snacked on some cheese after lunch.
I stuck to my guns today and had no sugarfree softdrink. I'm cutting it out because Im beginning to think that diet softdrink (much like the so called "low carb" bars) contain other forms of sweeteners which may have the same effect on the body as carbs. That is, they may interfere with ketosis. So I'm going to concentrate on eating eggs, meat and cheese and stay away from anything with artificial sweeteners.
I don't think I'll be having another day off for a while, it's got me craving crap bad!
Today i changed my initial plan
Protein shake for breaky
Shaved chicken breast with salad for lunch
A few mouthfuls of the beef mixture that went in the stuffed capsicums for a snack
Dinner was the pic i showed
And Diet jelly.
