Hi all! Would love to join if I can There's been some great losses in here!! I've just had baby number 4, she's 2 weeks old now so time to shake the last of my baby weight. I'm planning on doing a big cook up tomorrow for the next week.

Bacon and eggs for my dinner tonight. Not really feeling hungry but I'm taking DS to his allergy test now and then for a run. I'll be hungry by the time I get home.
I am going to make a bolognaise sauce that I can have wrapped up in lettuce leaves or with some no-tatoes which I will also make. I'll do a big quiche minus the pastry as well as some chicken fillets and boiled eggs I can use for snacks. I was also thinking of doing some cauliflower fried 'rice'.
I need to be super organised as I am a single mum of now 4 children one of which as mentioned is only 2 weeks old so time is definitely not my friend at dinner time haha.
