    Just weighed in and in a week exactly since I started doing this properly I've lost 2.7kg. This is 20% closer to my goal weight loss.

    Scrambled eggs
    Broccoli cheese soup I made last night
    Beef stew (Jamie oliver recipe)

    I have some shaved ham to snack on.

    I'm aiming to cut out some of the sugar free soft drinks today and stick to sparkling/soda water instead.

    Too true - it is usually in the maintenance part of my diet after I've dropped the weight. If people are going for a certain level of low carb there are some fruits that would also go over the 20g a day limit, ie. bananas. I have medicated insulin resistance at the same time so when I'm actually dropping the weight I also have to go low gi and restrict to 1000 cal a day.
