Ok, just so you all don't think I've joined then never to return, I found out Im pregnant with #2 yesterday (very early) so I bow out of weighing in, oh and I think bread might have to become my friend again, sometimes!

Babyla i read up on it today, theres a few ingredients that are called something else but its still carbs so its hard. I have a lo carb mini bar today it sad like 3 carbs but then it had the other ingrediants which i read were carbs as well and all up for a tiny two bite thing it was around 8 carbs all up. Eugh bit bull**** if u ask me. False advertising
I'm weighing in on the weekend. It will be the last time as I have almost reached my goal weight and my clothes fit perfectly again so I'm going back to normal diet and not indulging anymore (the reason this weight crept on in the first place).
Ate nothing today - big day at work. Tonight I had 4 prunes as I must be lacking fibre - I know they are high carb but they are the only things that will get things moving again (if you get what I'm saying
