Yes I long for more milk in my coffee too. I really miss having takeaway coffees, but they put so much milk in them.

I just looked it up, takeaway coffee, such as cappuccino or latte can have 15g of carbs. wow

ETA - and that's without any sugar!

Off to a good start today, I've had 3 eggs scrabbled in melted butter and a coffee with a dash of milk.

I weighed myself today. Im still stuck on 57kg. I really want to break through to the 56 range. That is my goal this week (and to stop weighing myself so much).

    How is everyone else going?

Far out! That really explains my issue with losing weight. I would always have a coffee when out and usually replace something to eat with it instead. If I had 2-3 day then that's my carb count

I'm going to have to get used to having a short black. I can't give up my coffee

Its crazy how many carbs are in takeaway coffee. I noticed some servings can have over 20grams in one cup!

I often meet friends for coffee (off to meet someone today), and I miss having a yummy coffee with lots of milk. Ive been having a cup of tea with a little bit of milk or a herbal tea instead but its not the same.

I really need to give up milk in my coffee I've given up sugar and I used to have like 4! I don't know how I would go with milk, I only have one coffee a day I may need to replace that with a coke zero so I don't get a caffeine headache or just slam down a short black haha.

I also need to stop weighing myself this morning I'm now 6.7kg down, 200g to go until my birthday goal (I want to crack 7kg lost by my bday on Wednesday)

    Today's plan
B- had a protein bar, ran out of eggs
    Coffee
L-left over roast lamb and cauliflower with cheese
D-naked burgers so looking forward to these!

I put a tiny bit of skim milk in my tea, otherwise I just can't stomach it. I could not drink black tea 😁
