    Some of my meal plans for this week;

    Brekkies - eggs scrambled with bacon - I think I'll also make those mini frittatas a while back to eat on the run
    Lunches - san choi bau and avocado/lettuce burgers
    Dinners - stuffed capsicum, chicken and broc stir fry

    And I might try making these too:

    I'll be getting in to some of this too

    I definitely feel less hungry and don't crave the snacks anymore.
    Today: B: omelette & coffee
    L: smoked trout with rocket (& a coffee)
    D: not sure yet, probably salad & meat

    Did a big run this morning and ate a piece of toast with cheese prior to that. Will just have water for the rest of the day.

    I have no idea lol just not bread, pasta, biscuits kind of stuff. I'm not even sure yet what's considered low in terms of carb intake. I was hoping to get an idea from you all who have been doing it for a while

    Welcome @KaraB

    I have found it really good so far. The first couple of days took some real willpower to follow but I was determined. If you think initially of meat, cheese, fat it's easy in the beginning. I am planning on experimenting a bit more this week but last week I kept it simple - bacon/eggs, deli meat with cheese and an egg, mince stuffed capsicum, omelettes and lots of avocado.

    Stick with meat, eggs, cheese and green veggies and you will be fine. Avoid yoghurt, milk, and fruit. Drinks should be water, and sugar free soft drink. If you stick to it for a few weeks you should lose a fair bit of weight.

    It's a good idea to start looking at nutrition labels on food. Look for how many grams of carbs there are in what you are eating.

    Do you think you can stick to eating meat, cheese and eggs?
