Weigh in today!
Since sticking 100%, after my late night high carb pancake binge Wednesday night and weighing in Thursday morning and this morning, I have lost 2.1kg
Thanks team! Feeling very motivated to keep going. I feel a bit foggy and headachy today though but I've read that's normal early so it's important to push through.
I did ok at my family dinner last night. I had lamb and salad, I avoided the alcohol, bread, potatoes etc that were on offer. I did have one piece of rocky road. It was only small so not too much damage done.
Sunday is usually the day I go AWOL from low carb but not today. I'm determined to stick to the plan. I'm going to start the day with bacon and eggs.
What is everyone else going to eat today?
Can I join this thread? I am giving the low carb thing a go to try to shift some excess weight since having my baby. I read that low carb diets actually can decrease your appetite too- has anyone here felt less hungry since starting it? I'm breastfeeding so my appetite is ridiculous. I just feel pretty blah physically and really look forward to feeling like my old self again body wise.
