    Hi guys! I lost 1.2kg this week, which I am happy with. So far I've lost 3.1kg total. I thought it wasn't going to be a lot at all.

    I'm having garlic prawns (not many) and salad for dinner.

    Well done Luminary! we are all doing so well.

    Not sure what to have for tea. Thinking of something easy as DD is having a sleep over and she gets cross if I make nice meals while she is gone. So I think it will be bacon and eggs cooked in butter with DH and DS having it in a roll.

    Who would have thought bacon and eggs would be on my diet menu

    I think I have mentioned this before in this thread, but last year when i lost all my baby weight, i often ate bacon and eggs 3 times a day. It was so strange to eat big filling meals and then get on the scales and see a loss.

    Had an omelette with ham, spinach and cheese plus a coffee for breakfast.
    Lunch a banana and strawberry smoothy with Greek yoghurt & coconut milk - high carb but I went for a run that burnt 300cal (I can't run hungry)
    Dinner salad & chicken.
    No wine or treats tonight. 3L water (2.5 down already).
    Have a good day everyone, so much weight loss happening well done!
