My main focus this weekend is to stay on track, keep myself in ketosis and not have a "cheat" meal.
Friday night is done, so just have to push through until Monday. I find it so much easier to stay on track during the week, it's the weekends that I find more difficult.
I hope everyone else has a great weekend and hopefully we can all stay on task until next week.
I had a victory last night, I went out for a birthday and had a diet coke to drink while at the place, then on the drive home everyone stopped and for mcdonalds and I didn't her anything and I didn't feel like I missed out either! Wooooo
My second weigh in today. I hope that I've lost something. My tops feel a little less fitting. I hope it means what I hope it does. 🙏🙏🙏
