    black coffee X 2
    2 boiled eggs
    homemade garlic butter chicken breast with red onion and cheese
    capsicum & feta dip (only 1.5g of carbs ) and celery

    11g of carbs today with much more fat

    Oh no Babyla ... Good luck!
    I settled on grilled fish and have made a salad - everyone else is having fish & chips. I will however have a glass of wine - it's Friday after all!!

    My family sat eating Maccas tonight with Dh devouring my beloved Mighty Angus, while I ate my chicken breast (which was amazing btw). Wowsers we have some willpower don't we?

    Same. This is actually the best I've felt in any diet. I don't feel hungry, or like I'm going without (except when it's maccas ). And the carb cravings have stopped. Well done babyla
