Yeah I don't find my scales accurate at all (they are cheap ones!) so I only rely on the ones at the gym now.

Btw, I've never heard of putting cream in tea/coffee, if I was to do this, do you just use normal cream in the dairy section, or is there a special cream?

Yes I have put cream from the supermarket in my coffee. Tastes good. Just be careful with how much you use. Cream has a fair amount of carbs so only add a tiny bit.

    Today;

    - 2 scrambled eggs
    - leftovers, minced stuffed capsicum
    - avocado stuff burgers
    - jelly

we were asked out for dinner and drinks tonight but I've turned it down. I really need to give myself a decent chance.

That sounds like a wise move. I have dinner with family sat night. I really want to try and stay in ketosis so I am going to have to make some smart food choices. I am going to avoid any other social activities this weekend to try and make it a bit easier"

Ok so I think I've finally figured the high protein game out *clap clap*
    Today I had:
Ham, spinach, cheese two egg omelette
    Coffee
Leftover bolognaise (no spaghetti) with cheese
    Cup of tea
    2L water
Not sure what to have for dinner, not hungry - maybe fish & salad again.

    Breakfast: shake
    Lunch: egg salad
Dinner: small piece of meat pie and lots of steamed vegetables .

No snacks today, would normally have some fruit. I've not been getting a lot of hunger pains lately, I think my body has slowly adapted.
