Thank you for the motivation everyone on this thread has provided - I changed my 'I don't have time' mindset and have been having a yummy omelette every morning - I have no desire to snack and don't even feel hungry until I have a late lunch! I think my calorie counting worked well initially but I needed a change so low carb has been awesome - I feel so great!
How often do you guys weigh yourself. I tend to weigh myself when I think I have stuck to my eating plan, but I tend to avoid the scales if I think I will get a bad number. I guess I have no set pattern.
So happy with how this diet is progressing have lost 3kg in 3 weeks woohoo! Only 3kg more to go
Well i dont have scales because i became dangerously obsessed and threw them out. So i weigh myself on the scale at the local shops in the women's bathroom. It costs $2 so i only do it once a week. Its been really good for me that way.
