I had 3 eggs scrambled for breakfast and coffee with a dash of milk.
Morning snack is a coke zero.
Weighed in at 57.5kg today. First goal is to get back to 55kg (I got there in December but since then i let the weight creep back on)

It seems I've hit ketosis today. Really thirsty and no appetite. All I've had all day was a small handful of macadamias, a black brewed coffee and a small slice of frittata. Normally I would be ravenous, but instead I'm not the slightest bit hungry. Hoping to really work hard over the next week to keep carbs really low so I can burn the fat
